THE STOLEN IMAGE
These drawings are part of the series A Casa dos Espelhos and explore the duality that exists in an image when reflected in a mirror and outside of it. This double representation, of the reflected "thing" and its own reflection, is proposed to us here through the complicity between the image stolen by the drawing and the image that the mirror steals, as two forms of imitation.
